April 24 deadline for 2009 SAB Canadian Green Building Awards

Submissions to the 2009 SAB Canadian Green Building Awards must be post-marked April 24, 2009. The SAB Awards recognize excellence in the design and execution of Canadian residential and non-residential buildings of all types, including new construction, renovations and interior design projects.
Winning projects will be chosen on criteria of sustainable design, architectural excellence and technical innovation by a jury of experienced design professionals: Vivian Manasc, Manasc Isaac Architects, Edmonton; Dermot J. Sweeny Sweeney Sterling Finlayson &Co. Architects, Toronto; and Andre Perrotte, Saucier + Perrotte Architectes, Montreal.

Winning submissions will be fully publicized in the July/August Awards issue of SABMag, on the SABMag web site [www.sabmagazine.com], in the media, and at selected trade shows and speaking engagements.
